Pamela Morgan is an Attorney at Empowered Law, PLLC; Founder & CEO of Third Key Solutions LLC, a key consulting and management company; and a Board Member of CryptoCurrency Certification Consortium (C4), a Canadian non-profit industry standards organization. Pamela is a widely respected authority on multi-signature governance and legal innovation using digital currencies. She has authored numerous “how-to” articles and is known for delivering engaging, practical presentations about her work to legal and non-technical audiences around the world.
A startup veteran and advisor specializing in product strategy, planning, and development. Ellen’s enterprise software experience includes Founder of KeepOnMovin’, SVP Product for KPCB-backed Hara, and VP of Product Management within publicly held Pitney Bowes, Group1 Software, and Sagent Technology. She serves as a board member of Tahoe Silicon Mountain, mentors through StartupNV, and is a volunteer organizer of 1Million Cups and Startup Weekend. Ellen holds a BA in Mathematics from Middlebury College, and an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School.
Doug has over 15 years of business development experience and building International partnerships with expertise that ranges from early stage start-ups to large, international enterprise sales. Doug’s current role as the VP of Business Development & International partnerships with KeepKey is bringing bitcoin security and simplicity to the the masses worldwide.
Karsten is the former Chief Compliance Officer at Xapo, a US-based digital currency company that has established a new standard for enterprise level security and user convenience. He has held leadership roles at several Silicon Valley tech firms and multinational financial institutions. He currently serves on the Executive Board of the Northern California chapter of the Association of Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), is the Co-Chairman of the AML/Compliance Committee for DATA, and also serves on the Regulatory Affairs Committee for the Bitcoin Foundation.

Bob is licensed to practice law in California (1982-present.) and Utah (2013-present). He is a Certified Public Accountant, California (1985-present) and licensed before U.S. Tax Court (1984-present). He specializes in commercial and tax issues.
Jodie brings twenty years of business experience and has held executive positions including Chief Financial Officer at Clear Path International and Vice President of Finance and Business Operations for publicly-held Pixelworks, Inc. She most recently served as head of finance and operations at The Bitcoin Foundation. She has private financing, IPO, M&A and international management experience.
