A startup veteran and advisor specializing in product strategy, planning, and development. Ellen’s enterprise software experience includes Founder of KeepOnMovin’, SVP Product for KPCB-backed Hara, and VP of Product Management within publicly held Pitney Bowes, Group1 Software, and Sagent Technology. She serves as a board member of Tahoe Silicon Mountain, mentors through StartupNV, and is a volunteer organizer of 1Million Cups and Startup Weekend. Ellen holds a BA in Mathematics from Middlebury College, and an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School.

Karsten is the former Chief Compliance Officer at Xapo, a US-based digital currency company that has established a new standard for enterprise level security and user convenience. He has held leadership roles at several Silicon Valley tech firms and multinational financial institutions. He currently serves on the Executive Board of the Northern California chapter of the Association of Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), is the Co-Chairman of the AML/Compliance Committee for DATA, and also serves on the Regulatory Affairs Committee for the Bitcoin Foundation.

Jodie brings twenty years of business experience and has held executive positions including Chief Financial Officer at Clear Path International and Vice President of Finance and Business Operations for publicly-held Pixelworks, Inc. She most recently served as head of finance and operations at The Bitcoin Foundation. She has private financing, IPO, M&A and international management experience.
